Ready to excavate our last building

We’re excited to share a big milestone at Wild Oak Condos — we’re officially ready to excavate our final building in Phase 3 !

This last building will be a duplex ranch-style condo, completing the vision we started when Wild Oak first broke ground. It’s a little surreal (and very rewarding) to see the last piece of the puzzle coming together.

Once excavation begins, we’ll move quickly into foundation work and framing, bringing this final phase of our community to life. If you’ve been waiting for one of our ranch-style condos, this is your chance — it’s the last building of the last phase!
